We started our journey with Jason by chance, were house hunting using our agent who forwarded a listing in the Morningstar community. Jason has been awesome from the first time we made contact with him in August of 2024. We made first contact with Jason S. in late August of 2024. We drove out here from Minnesota and got here in Prescott on a Sunday and came upon the Morninside Development on Monday. We looked at the model and fell in love with it. We pass Morningstar on our way to Prescott from Cottonwood. One day we decided to stop and check out Evermore Homes. Jason took us on a tour and we signed a contract three days later. Funny fact, we weren't even looking to move! Jason even hooked us up with a lender and everything went quick and smooth with a 25 day escrow. Jason is a great guy and makes himself available whenever needed. We love it here!
