Johnny has worked so hard to please the residents. He went the extra mile to get my mom settled in her room and he always calls everyone by their names. He is sincerely interested in each resident. I’m grateful he works at Orchard Pointe Glendale.
I am extremely dissatisfied and upset with how Orchard Pointe Glendale assisted living home handled my mother’s passing. Not a single person from the facility contacted me with condolences or even basic acknowledgment. The complete lack of empathy and communication was shocking and completely unacceptable. What makes this even more disturbing is that even the hospice workers, who were only involved near the end, the time to mail me a heartfelt condolence card. Orchard Pointe at Glendale is most definitely one of the top most pristine places to bring a loved one. With amazing staff and friendly faces everywhere. The dining experience is outstanding, and the servers answer every question without hesitation. The food is overall A++, love the staff and community they have here. Highly recommend! 🤗
Beware of any care facility that has a sales representative. The rep. is not required to be licensed. They have no fiduciary duty bound by law. Promises are made to perspective residents that often are not realized. The sales representative works on commission. That's why the move in fee is extremely high.
