Food was not spicy at all, even at the second level, and I generally can't take much heat (they have four heat ratings - zero, one, two, and three stars). They kept our water full, but we had to keep asking for more rice (they kept giving us only enough for two people), and hot chili sauce (we got a very small condiment bowl for the table of four). Awesome food! Waiters are good - not great - they try hard though :-) Owner know how to make authentic Thai so if you don't like things sweetened or changed the way it is often done to accommodate americans, just tell her real thai style :-) For those who say its bland...Mine has never been bland and you can ask for 1 spicy, 2 spicy, 3 spicy, etc...to make it as spicy as you want.
