Very austere looking. Residents are not pleased with current management. Smoking in and around building is very off-putting. Snow removal not even begun until after 10:40 am Sunday . Addendum: I have spoken to a rep from Conifer management. concerning refusal to provide any holiday decor or to allow residents to display any holiday decor in any common area due to discrimination. I recently visited your community. I talked to a nice young lady. I asked for a brochure or a package but only received an application. They was no floorplans,income requirement or how many the units rent for.
