Keep looking. This is the most non neighborly Board ran neighborhood that I have ever lived in. It doesn’t have ample parking, the houses are so close that you can smell the neighbors garbage from the porch, they have a harassment board that goes around several times per day to get cars towed knowing full well there is not enough parking per household unless you’re retired with only 1 car. The fee for the POA is called, is lower than most places, which I'm sure they do a lot of different things that is unknown to the residents. But I would almost rather pay a little more and get more.
