What a GREAT office. My appointment with Allison for Cleaning was awesome as well as the Doctor consult. And it all began with a very professional reception staff. I highly recomend DDS in Springdale.
yesterday was my first comeback to the dentist since 5 years ago.. I don’t like going because its usually expensive and painful. My visit yesterday to DOC in Gastonia changed my mind, will keep going regularly from now on. Appointment were set easily, they sent all paper works over the email so gave me time to fill ahead of time, sent a reminder before the appointment and check in was effortless. my hygienist was so nice and did amazing job cleaning my 5 years rust and Dr. Mus did great job checking my teeth were cleaned wel... read more
After waiting far too long for a teeth cleaning, DDS did a great job of deep cleaning and not making me feel guilty. I have more work to be done including dentures, but I feel comfortable knowing I will receive professional and caring treatment as we move forward with my dental challenges.
Staff are very friendly. Dentist is professional. All are courteous.
I tell all my co-workers and friends to go to Ashley River Family Dentistry Julia is the best, super efficient, and very knowledgeable!

Highly recommend for dentures. Erika was absolutely awesome and made the experience fun and interesting. She always made sure you understood what was happening and never rushed you and made you feel special and never ashamed that you had to get dentures. Just proud that you had them now! :)
