My parents have been residing at Charter of Shiloh for a little over year now. My family and I are so impressed with the care and attention they give to all their residents. The staff goes above and beyond and are so respectful and always positive. Wouldn’t have picked a better place for our parents to call home!

After a two week hospital stay and then a two week rehab stay, my mom was told that she can no longer live alone. Needless to say she wasn’t happy about leaving her home! After visiting several assisted living facilities, I chose Charter Senior Living and moved her there in September 2025. We had our ups and downs in the beginning.
