I would give them a zero, but that's not an option. We ordered and paid for a new marker for my wife's grandmother's grave six months ago and paid over $1700. It was guaranteed verbally to be in by July. Come July - only excuses. Then end of August - still only excuses. It's November, and the bonehead behind the counter tells us that the marker won't be ready until 2024. Find somewhere else!
