went to see Dr Wimalaguna regarding renewal of a scrip a regular medication of mine. Refused to provide script and wouldn’t offer any alternatives or do further research into what further symptoms/problems this medication has helped resolve and what it is prescribed for. Came across very lazy, close minded, and as a money grab
Dr Tee insisted that I only tell him 1 issue with my body and anything related, he won't hear further as I need to make another appointment for another issue, even though the two issues I have could be related. Apparently, it's free (bulk billed) for 10 minutes and any longer charges will apply. My consult was less than 5 minutes and he won't hear another issue that even might be related to the first.
Dr Suri is my doctor and he is a very efficient and helpful doctor. I have been with him for several years now and have no complaints at all about his service. As it is a bulk billing service the doctors are under pressure as there is high demand for appointments so there may be a queue in the waiting room.
Absolute horrible doctors. My partner struggles with extreme panic attacks and derealisation issues. All she needed was a quick referral for further help. The doctor laughed at her and said, “how do I know you have anxiety, everything is a dream anyway.” I’m not sure that’s the correct thing to say to someone in a sensitive position. Doing more harm than good these guys.
Dr. Nemetallah is an excellent doctor who listens well and is very highly regarded. His knowledge and experience is second to none. Always helpful.
