Can't get a hold of corporate, they refuse to speak to anyone. Couldn't care less about residents. Poor business practices'. Was charged $5000 and never even picked up keys to move in.
Great company that really cares about the communities they build and manage properties in and the residents living in them.
I recently moved out of a Morningside owned property. While living there, it was just fine. Other than nickel and diming tenants at every opportunity (no it is not the tenant's responsibility to pay for a new filter on the refrigerator), the building was decent. It looked nice, even if the finishes were not high quality. Once I moved out, it was another story. I moved most of my items out of my unit a few weeks before the end of my lease.
