I have applied at this place twice now and paid the processing fees twice. I have not once heard anything back from them. Every time I call they make it so difficult to talk to a live human and nobody will return calls, text or email inquiry.
Very Nice all around! My best rental experience yet. From the actual property of Eastpoint Townhomes to the people running them Peaceful and Very pleasant.
I cannot say enough good things about the management, maintenance and service from the Morningside staff!!! Absolutely fantastic! Our townhouse has been outstanding but, after living here for 12 years…. It’s come time to make a move. Thanks for everything!!! It’s been a great experience!!!!
