This complex has really gone down hill. We have lived here 3 years, but when our lease is up we will be moving. The tenants they allowed to move right next to us slam doors all day and night long, fight and scream, and the police are here weekly. Yesterday they threw their stuff out of the apartment while fighting and blocked our front door and JUST LEFT IT LIKE THAT. We can't even walk out of our apartment there is stuff everywhere. Everyone in our building is fed up with these people.
trashy. unprofessional. poor management. it's a project in the suburbs. never fix anything. dangerous area to live. only people that would think these conditions are suitable are the hood rats and the ones on section 8.
I been call the main office for many time to make my complaint. But they never care about what the residents have to say. This laundry room is not safe to anything Because young teenage come smoke, Paint on the walls and also have sex . I have call and they tell me call the cops??? During this crisis the property manager thought this was ok to send out to tenants. They should be lucky they they still have their jobs while others are forced to figure out where their next meal is coming from the letter was extremely insensitive rude and disrespectful to people who are actually suffering during this crisis due to no fault of their own and it shows that the property manager himself doesn’t even care about his tenants
RecommendedThis is my second time renting with them. I would recommend. My apartment is very nice and the building is very well maintained.

I'm Kinda reserving judgement to see what they do during this crisis. i called the leasing office to ask if they are able to do for people that are out of work due to covid-19. they only said they are not filing evictions and will be charging late fees and are offering no help to tenants at this time.
