I’ve been coming here for years, and it’s still my favorite nail salon. Tiffany did my gel fill, and her work was phenomenal. She was so meticulous and paid attention to every detail. My nails came out thin, clean, and beautifully shaped, exactly how I like them. My husband enjoyed mani & spa pedicure as well & was very happy with his as well. I also love their spa pedicures. I came in with my sister-in-law for our 4:00 PM appointments. I was getting a regular gel manicure and was helped within about 5 minutes of arriving, which I appreciated. The technician (Jolin) who did my nails was very kind and respectful. Unfortunately, my sister-in-law had a silk extension appointment at 4:00 PM (they told her gel x is better so she said okay she’ll do it instead of silk extensions) and was left waiting with no clear communication about when she would be seen. I’ve gone to so many nail spots in the area and by far this place is the most professional clean and they do designs well! The staff is polite and accommodating. I recently had my nails damaged by 2 other salons due to them over using the metal drillbit on my nail bed. Yet here they were so gentle with me and understanding they helped me safely remove the gel manicure. I promise to never cheat on them again, even if the other places were just a little closer to home lesson learned!
