Mike at Morning Star Elevator worked tirelessly to rectify a sticking-accordion-door problem, and I'm now very pleased with this in-home elevator.
We have had our Morningstar Elevator since 2021, for my husband who is now almost 93 years old. We also had a dog who became reliant on the elevator. We had an issue one evening and by the next morning we had a service repair man, Jose Madrid scheduled as his first stop here on the Western Slope. He was the best!
