The property manager is horrible, he advertises no smoke which is the reason I took the apartment but he allows a chain smoker to constantly disrupt my life. The property manager after being told a number of times has done nothing to deal with the chain smoking, his suggestion was to get an air purifier instead of doing his job. I moved in the apartment because per the niece and his words stated there was no smoking in the building, she's a chain smoker all day and night. Wish I could give a zero rating.
