Maintenance here is amazing. Had issue with an appliance put in request, in less than 24 hours I got a call they would be here at ten am and Charles was right on time, very professional, and very friendly. Did a great job fixing our issue.
Been living here for over a year. The complex is nice enough. Charles the handyman did some work today replacing a wall heater and he did a great job. Quick, efficient, friendly. I appreciate the work he did
One star for management only. If you want to move here, do your research. Lot of Facebook groups that tell you about the mold issues, insects, management woes, rules not being enforced and so on. Here’s my recent experiences. 1. We are not allowed to have “work vehicles” parked on site. I sent them images of the car pictured below, to which they stated they can only assume it’s a personally vehicle…mainly due to the fact there are no logos…🤦♂️ya, I don’t think this person is just getting coffee. 2. This is an updated review. Since my last review this place has made a 180. Not only do I feel like my voice was heard but I was responded to both here and personally. All the things I originally commented on were in the works and actually finally implemented. We now have access to all amenities outside of business hours and the place seems to be really getting paid more attention to. They have also been trying to get the community more involved with sack lunches/snacks handed out a couple times and updates and events it seem... read more
