Best employee is Richard the maintenance guy always professional and delight to be around
I have been living at this complex for some time now and have seen many management teams come and go but this team we have now seem to genuinely want to make Terra a friendly and welcoming community. They have coordinated many events, celebrated every holiday, and have made so many improvements. Can’t wait for the new pool renovation!! The gym is extremely modern with many machines and equipment. This place has really changed throughout the 6 and a half years we have been here. The team they have now, is really amazing. The maintenance man Richard is really a sweetheart. Wenci and Veronica are a great team. I never got to update my review before Donna left but she was amazing as well. Definite turn around from when we moved in 6 years ago. The gym is a plus. I love all the effort that is continually placed to keep making this place better.
My hot water tank was leaking and it was fixed same day. In the past few months when I had a work order maintenance was quick to address the problem and take care of it. Maintenance technician Richard is professional, courteous, and over all a grade A!!!!! at what he does and has done. The community is lucky to have someone like Richard.
Richard was amazing for coming and painting and fixing my parking spot number. I really appreciate it.
