Love the swimming very secure:)
Horrible experience as a guest. We were invited by a lease holder to use the pool as we had once before last year. In fact last year the apartments had a party and welcomed us. This year I was told only 2 of my 3 children are allowed to swim, therefore one child has to sit outside the gate. How absolutely absurd and degrading. My 4 year old child left in tears thanks to the treatment.
I have been living at this complex for some time now and have seen many management teams come and go but this team we have now seem to genuinely want to make Terra a friendly and welcoming community. They have coordinated many events, celebrated every holiday, and have made so many improvements. Can’t wait for the new pool renovation!! The gym is extremely modern with many machines and equipment. 2 updates... 02/2025 I would give a NEGATIVE 5 star. I cant wait to get the hell out of this place! When I signed the lease which I was told "Rent fluctuates depending on usage from your unit", then come to find out recently that I have been paying for the neighbors usage along with mine, they lump sum the whole building your in and split it between those units so being on vacation, your still paying the neighbors usage.
