A lot of these reviews are over a year old and I wanted to write a positive one, because my experience was positive. I've recently stopped going because I had to move away, but for the time I was there, it was a great experience. Unfortunately I can't remember the name of the therapists I had, I know the first one was miss jean but the 2 others I don't recall. This place has been so kind and sweet to me during my difficult experiences. The staff is very kind and friendly. I will continue to give this place rave reviews for therapy .

I love my therapist. He is amazing. Sadly, because of the new receptionist I am parting ways with Morning light. She is extremely rude, argumentative and lacks empathy. Working in an environment like she is in you need to want to be there for more than a paycheck. She has made it clear to me on several different occasions that she should work somewhere that does not involve people. The capacity of utterly disappointed. A particular phone receptionist who obviously gets there own private parking space for 'Rudest of the Year'. And according to the valid letter from Medicare's contractor ,,, " Request for Appeal on patient service payment determined unfavorable and payment denied . One reason for denial of appeal , according to the official letter sent to me via Medicare. ; billing one single office visit THREE TIMES within a 24 hour period.
