I really appreciate the excellent carpet cleaning service! The worker, Hunter, was very polite and did a thorough job on my area rug, making it look fresh and ready for a new style whenever I want to change things up. My carpet now smells clean and feels refreshed, even though I’m not planning to replace it soon. Hunter also did an amazing job on my sofa, cleaning all the corners that had been missed before. Scheduling an appointment was a nightmare—unresponsive and disorganized. Highly disappointed service.
Poor service.The team damaged my fireplace during the inspection and denied responsibility.
They didn’t even inspect the chimney properly. After they left, I still noticed a strong smoky smell whenever I used the fireplace. Definitely not worth very poor service.
