I worked for his company years ago and I loved my job. They were great, professional and friendly. They listened to staff concerns. I would work for them again. They also care about providing the best care to clients. I am surprised that someone on here is giving them a one star claiming they did not have an option of a client. Next time you decide upon hiring someone who you want to keep, don't immediately put them with a hospice patient who already has a caregiver and a full time family member taking care of them. Keep it simple. Not complicated. *Updated* 1st of all, I wasn't given an option of a client. 2nd of all no one told me that there was going to be a full time family member staying there while wanting things done her way. 3rd, there was no care plan set because she kept changing what she wanted done.
