What you order... vs... what you get... Lesson learned. Put your own arrangements together if its for someone/something you care about. Gentleman on the phone had his side of excuses... the photo shows it arranged to one side... I put more in it than is in the photo... its was made to specification... etc etc. To the owner... If you're gonna show something on your website... and offer 3 levels of arrangement... and I order the highest level one... it should be not only nearly identical... I paid for the biggest option on the flowers I chose for my soon to be mother in law for Mother’s Day. What was delivered was a small grocery store looking extremely small unmatched flowers in a vase. A two year old could have gone better. I am beyond upset. They completely dropped the ball. So unhappy and they don’t answer the phone.
So grateful to Peru and Oliver for ensuring the beautiful bouquet we ordered for my beautiful sister was delivered today as promised. Peru even followed through with calling me to confirm delivery even after the store had closed. We wanted to support this local business in my sister’s and her husband’s town and we are so happy we did. Excellent customer service and quality of the bouquet.
