The employee I interacted with (an older lady) had the most appalling attitude. While she treated her ‘regular customers’ with sycophantic deference, she treated me like the scum of the earth. This is no exaggeration! She was harsh, condescending, and just plain rude. It was abundantly clear that she considered me a waste of her time. I had called for some bouquets for August, I received a very rude response at the other end of the phone saying,, I am not doing anything after July! That was all,, and basically hung up the phone,, I'm like oh wow and ok... Could have said,, Oh I'm sorry I won't be able to accommodate any orders after July. Yes this was the older lady that has worked there for years!

I will NEVER order flowers from this shop. The customer service is HORRIBLE.
