Late this summer we were hit with the heavy wind and hail on the south side of Chicago suburbs, as many neighbors on our block we also contacted Kathy at morning dew exterior. She came out, told us the process, ans helped us with the claim from start to finish. The irony is that the next door neighbor went directly to his insurance company and he was denied/ same hail same winds. Just message is to the general public: Be very cautious using this contractor. They installed a new roof on my house and during the process, they damaged my gutter leaving it totally useless and unfunctional. The roofers bent the gutter downward and now for two months, water has been pouring over the gutter onto the driveway in front of my house. This is the WORST construction contractor I have ever dealt with. They replaced my roof and did over $600 worth of damage to a gutter leaving it completely useless. For months I have been telling the owners, “Kathy and SAM” and all they did is come here and caulk the inside seams of what is obviously damaged and irreparable. Now I have to pay $670 out of my own pocket due to their workers irresponsibility and the owners lack of accountability. Be very wary when hiring this contractor.
From the minute I came into contact with Kathy from Morning Dew Exterior I have been stress free! I had damage to my roof from the previous hail and wind storms, and this company helped me with filing a claim and making my life easier through the process. My husband and I used Morning Dew Exterior to have our roof replaced and are very happy customers. Kathy was our contact at Morning Dew. She was amazing! She walked us through all the steps and handled everything for us. She was a pleasant to work with. The workers were quick and professional as well. They completed our 3,500 sq ft roof with a tear off all in one day. Our roof looks amazing! We would definitely use Morning Dew Exterior again.
