There are no words to describe how incredible Rick has been throughout our whole home buying process! The only reason we bought this property, is because of Rick’s intricate inspection(s) and expertise. He was responsive, beyond thorough, and took the time to explain the findings in the report so we could move forward with the proper knowledge needed to make negotiations/decisions. 3 inspections later, we have our home! I 10/10 recommend and will refer everyone to him.
