Anya and Cliff are both excellent
They allowed me to move into an unfinished unit. (I had no choice the owner said the renovations would be done by my move in date, I had just driven over 1,000 miles, and I started work the next day.) I genuinely feel like I’m being pranked by these people. They were completely fine cashing my rent check knowing that the bathroom in my unit didn’t even have lighting, a working sink, or a working shower. Loved living at the Rio Town apartments, I needed a super last minute place to live and Cliff went around showing multiple units to me until we found the one that was perfect for me. I was moved in in less than a week! Also loved how on top of communication Cliff was whenever I needed something!
I lived in a duplex for 9 months and unfortunately had to break my lease to move out of state. During my stay when I had a maintenance issue it was handled very quickly. However I had to shovel my own driveway and sidewalk for the majority of winter. When the downstairs tenants arrived and had a problem with their dryer I was asked to let them use mine and I'd receive a credit on my rent. I moved into Capital Landings in December of 2024. EVERYTHING has been ok. Whatever issues I have, I address with maintenance and they respond adequately. Nothing is perfect...I pay $950 a month and I get everything that was put into my lease. I have NO bugs, no maintenance issues, and no problems with management. Cliff is awesome!
