My husband & I are repeat customers here at this dealership. However that will not be the case anymore. We purchased a brand new vehicle from here and when it came time to pick up paperwork and check that’s when everything fell apart. Reached out to salesman David that now says it’s out of his hands when we have proof of the information that was given to us by him. Only to be told by Brandon yeah sorry can’t do anything. I have been a salesman before & this is not how you keep customers.
This dealership is hit or miss. I have had good luck and simply went somewhere else over the years. It seems like it just depends on how bad they need to sell a vehicle and the time of the year. Summer seems like a bad time but fall, spring and winter they will work with you more.
Service people were very nice and friendly
This is the second car their service department has handled for us. They have been communicative and extremely helpful each time even when they are super busy! We'll be back for sure.
