The staff found a key that went to my daughter's vehicle. Super nice of them to call my daughter to see if she wanted. She dis want it so we made a road trip to the dealership. Went well and we had a good day together.
Recently contacted Hamilton Ashley looking for a new GMC sierra. Even though Hamilton works for their Jeep dealership he got me in contact with their GMC dealer and got me the deal and the truck I was looking to purchase. Even though he was not my final salesman he went above and beyond and drove over an hour to come pick me up to get the vehicle. Highly recommend reaching out to Hamilton for all you car buying needs.
My husband & I are repeat customers here at this dealership. However that will not be the case anymore. We purchased a brand new vehicle from here and when it came time to pick up paperwork and check that’s when everything fell apart. Reached out to salesman David that now says it’s out of his hands when we have proof of the information that was given to us by him. Only to be told by Brandon yeah sorry can’t do anything. I have been a salesman before & this is not how you keep customers.
This dealership is hit or miss. I have had good luck and simply went somewhere else over the years. It seems like it just depends on how bad they need to sell a vehicle and the time of the year. Summer seems like a bad time but fall, spring and winter they will work with you more.
