Horrible
The majority of Mork Contracting and Design work is very good. There are a few items that drag their rating down to simply good. 1) The owner Rob sometimes forgets that it is not his house, but yours. So sometimes, you have to be adamant of things you wants. I should note that the flip side of this is that he is very particular, which is not necessarily a bad thing when it comes to constructing your home.
