The vets were really good, but one receptionist seriously lets this clinic down. She was incredibly rude, dismissive, and acted like helping customers was an inconvenience. Basic kindness and professionalism cost nothing, especially when people are bringing in their beloved pets during stressful situations. If customer service isn't your strength, perhaps a front desk role isn't the right fit. I hope management addresses this because her attitude reflects poorly on the entire clinic.

My English Bulldog was desexed here, and 5 days later after strict bed rest and wearing a cone the entire time she started bleeding from the incision. The wound didn’t look open or badly damaged, it was just oozing and spotting, so I took her back to be checked. The service we received was honestly unacceptable. Every dog is stressed at the vet, and while she was nervous and moved around a little, the vet immediately blamed her for the wound opening, saying “she can’t be like that.” She has been resting exactly as instructed... read more
