Best vet I have ever taken my pets to.
Have been taking our dog there for years, always very good service 👌
The vets at Morisset vet are very caring and professional. The reception staff are equally lovely. We recently had our 11 year old pup undergo dental treatment and I cannot recommend the care she received more highly.
The vets were really good, but one receptionist seriously lets this clinic down. She was incredibly rude, dismissive, and acted like helping customers was an inconvenience. Basic kindness and professionalism cost nothing, especially when people are bringing in their beloved pets during stressful situations. If customer service isn't your strength, perhaps a front desk role isn't the right fit. I hope management addresses this because her attitude reflects poorly on the entire clinic.
