They don’t answer the phone, and you have to call multiple times. I came in on Saturday and they couldn’t find my insurance, even though I had already provided all the information. They finally located it on Monday and squeezed me in for an appointment, but I couldn’t find parking and wasn’t about to pay again. I called twice to let them know, but no one answered, so I ended up going home. Everything happens for a reason, but overall it felt like a waste of time.
HORRIBLE. NEVR AGAIN I SPOKE WITH LISA THEY WANT TO CHARGE ME $30 TO GET A PD WHICH IS A TWO NUMBER THING THEY DONT CARE FOR THEIR PATIENTS. HORRIBLE SERVICE I WILL NEVER STEP A FOOT IN HERE. LISA AND ALL THE STAFF IN HERE ARE USELESS.
I grew up going to Dr. Feinstein when I lived in NJ. He was such a knowledgeable optometrist. I have been wearing glasses since I was a child. I got my last pair of glasses from him and my final visit in 2017.I moved out of State and to my surprise he passed away. I have now been trying for 6 months to get my prescription so I can find an eye Dr where I live now. And each time I call the receptionist takes my info and says I will mail it to you.
