Just upset on not offering a refund only offering store credit. My insurance rejected the work . They were a middleman in the whole bigger picture. Just not being able to issue a refund which wouldn’t hurt them . And get only store credit when i don’t buy glasses from them and they bill my insurance anyways… maybe im wrong. But my 1 star is justified .
