The nails came out uneven and my thumbs are different shapes. My fingers looks disgusting she left so much residue all over my fingers and she left a huge chunk of glue on the back of my thumb. I know it’s nothing I did because when she was putting the tips on she glued my thumb to her hand and pulled away without apologizing. I paid $73 for this. Will never come back. This is after 5 minutes of handwashing and peeling it off on my own
Terrible service. I asked for a French tip toe nail and they BUTCHERED it! I repeatedly showed them pictures and did my best to patiently and politely communicate my discomfort and they adamantly tried to convince me I was wrong for not liking them. If they are unable to do the French tip, I would have preferred them tell me they can’t rather than lie or gaslight me into liking my nails when it is not what I asked for
