Been going there for over 10 years. Never had a problem. Alway fair and honest. Never felt ripped off. Very respectful and accommodating. After reading carolyn p review had to leave a review. After seeing her other reviews seem like she has a problem everywhere she goes. Would highly recommend Midway Automotive.
I cannot say enough positive things about Midway Automotive! About 2 weeks ago I stopped in for an oil change and inspection. Chris was able to take me right away. He got me in and out. He was polite, personable and professional. Yesterday, Midway Automotive installed 4 new tires on my SUV. Tony provided excellent customer service and did a great job with the installation. Let's see... brought my car in for a rattling noise in engine and engine code.. was told by owner it was timing chain. Didn't look at it.. didn't listen to it..nothing.. they replaced timing chain and drove home and later that day same code came back so I brought it back.. and they had the nerve to tell me my vct solenoids were backwards and one was bad and it was 780 bucks... well why wasn't that tested in the first place... oh and btw its physically impossible to reverse vct solenoids.. so i called them and said that and t... read more
I just called the shop and asked to repair my 2016 Honda Accord sport the alternator decoupler pulley and was given the I don't have time today and you would have to drop it off when a pulley is a 1hr job. I was really liking the reviews too, but it's fine. I'll find someone that wants the job. Thank you anyhow.
