Brian Pedersen inspected my home but never provided an estimate. When I called him he first said he must have sent it to the wrong email. Therefore, I sent him an email so he could respond to it. Still no estimate. Finally, I spoke with him again and then he said he would write the estimate the next morning-still no estimate approx 2 wks later.
