Moriah Behavioral Health runs a 10-bed residential program for minors in my (formerly) quiet Las Vegas neighborhood. This particular location was closed for several months due to a catastrophic failure of the septic system, and re-opened in the middle of March, 2024. Since that time, the police have been called to service 7 times that I know of: March 19th, 31st; April 5th, 8th, *twice* on April 21st and again last night, April 23rd, when law enforcement remained there for several hours.
