Simple n fast
The automated phone system doesn’t follow logic or respond to the questions asked. Never got to see the bill or explanation of charges. Finally found way to pay it, to get it over with before someone rushed it over to a collection agency. There was a previous bill at least a year ago that I showed was paid and at 1 point of that conversation they agreed was paid but then said it wasn’t. That person was very rude completely unhelpful.
