Applied for an apartment complex (Perry Point) in Raleigh NC. AfFTER being APPROVED & paying a $200 administrator fee, I was told that my income still needed to be verified. I spent half a day getting documents notarized and signed to provide proof of income, unfortunately was still turned away. Great place to live at Governors Gate. Very few issues, ever! I only wish the management team would decide to update the apartments at Governors Gate with the 2 inch wide white faux wood blinds, smooth top range stove and stainless steel appliances. Just looks outdated for the price to pay each month.
