Great security services and management. 5 star
Besides the fact that it’s extremely high rent in Bonnie Doon mall considering that the mall is almost empty, If a tenant moves out which is very common nowadays in Bonnie Doon shopping center, the management come up with the most pathetic reasons to not give the tenant his deposit back, just beware.
To Sam Nguyen: You should file a "Harrassment Case" against Daniel with reliable witnesses. You're right that Daniel is an aggressive guy without good public relation.
Morguard in Edmonton has a very bad management team. The building's employees are anti-smokers. They can harass you no matter you are on their property or not. For instance, I am a tenant of Empire Building. The building's management does not care when its tenants smoke behind the building, on the building property.
