I had to terminate my pregnancy at 12 weeks due to fatal abnormality in my baby. I was heart broken and so scared of the D&C especially with IV conscious sedation and local anesthesia only. Most insensitive doctor! Laughed out loud with his nurse at the follow up appointment as I shared how distressed I was. Was so humiliated and embarrassed thinking something was wrong with me, but nope, I know better years later…He is an old Mean Grinch!!
I had a really positive experience at the Toronto Abortion Clinic. The staff were incredibly kind, supportive, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. The doctor was also very professional and gentle, taking the time to explain everything clearly and answer any questions. I truly felt cared for throughout the entire process.
