Got my IUD here. The amazing staff were so supportive and were able to answer any questions I had. The clinic is a very calm environment. Will come again for any future reproductive healthcare.
Older man performed procedure (no women available which is ironic and uncomfortable). they played rock music and laughed during my procedure as if it’s some routine flu shot. Barely got cared for after. Walked downstairs myself.
I had to terminate my pregnancy at 12 weeks due to fatal abnormality in my baby. I was heart broken and so scared of the D&C especially with IV conscious sedation and local anesthesia only. It didnt help that the online reviews were so terrifying. Let me tell you...everyone from the counceller to the nurse and doctor were so sweet and kind and caring. I did not feel rushed. Most insensitive doctor! Laughed out loud with his nurse at the follow up appointment as I shared how distressed I was. Was so humiliated and embarrassed thinking something was wrong with me, but nope, I know better years later…He is an old Mean Grinch!!
