Some lady named "Beth" was writing nasty comments on FB about their patients coming in "complaining of diabilities" and they need to "get out of her face." I would literally never, ever choose this eye dr if someone is talking about a patient this way. She needs to find a job in retail where she will be "appreciated" as much as she appreciates her patients.
Most unprofessional group I’ve ever seen . called to schedule an appointment back in January and was told they could see me 2 days later . I had to cancel the next day due to my mom being sick so they put me off until June . They then called me today to tell me the doctor would be out he was going out of town to celebrate his fathers 100th birthday you would think he would have had that time scheduled on the calendar now they tell me they can’t see me until august and we are currently in March but they are the ones cancellin... read more
I've been here several times in the past and always had a great experience until today. I sat and waited for 30 mins while others coming in behind me barely waited 5 mins. If I had been 30 mins late, I would have had to reschedule my appointment. 10 people went in front of me before I asked if I was in line. She said I was next. Well they took 3 more people after that!
