I agree that the location here is fantastic. I also agree that the management really tries. I have noticed lately that the quality of the renters has been declining. There has been less cleaning up of dog droppings in the yards, and the noise lately has been worse. I still think it is a great place, but make sure you see your apartment at a time when residents above or below are home so you can see and hear who is living there.
I rate these apartments excellent for multiple reasons... First off the location is fantastic... minutes from the mall one way and downtown the other...Also, its the best school district in Fayetteville (Alma Easom, Van Story, Terry Stanford)... its surrounded by Van Story neighborhood and Haymount so its a safe area... the staff is awesome... Morganton Arms is a very quiet place to live. The location is great, minutes from the mall and downtown. Its been under new management since about Oct. 2007. Management and maintenance staff are kind and helpful. Most tenants have resided here for many years-that alone speaks volumes.
