On day four, it was clear that another company wasn't giving me the service or satisfaction that I needed. I called Billy on Sunday night and he promptly returned my call. He called as promised Monday morning, and arrived on time. I had one hole dug, and he explained that we needed the other cover lifted as well to do a thorough job. They pumped my septic and fixed the field lines. They found a way to fix it far less expensive than I thought. He could have done extra work that really did not have to be done but he was totally honest and fixed it at a much cheaper cost. This is a great family run business. Hard to find good people like this. Thanks for outstanding service.
UNPROFESSIONAL MESS! Pump septic ($350) fair, three days after underground lines located, 1st trip no digging tools, 2nd trip couldn't find septic tank, after digging two holes 20ft away, had to call in Rays Plumbing to find ($250) wasn't quoted...ridiculous 3rd trip left rutted muddy mess in back yard ($75)SERIOUSLY??? And said "3 trips wasn't their problem" My girlfriend's house is 10 miles away from the business. You call yourself a septic company and you can't locate a septic tank. DON'T USE MORGAN SEPTIC!!! Mr Morgan is honest, experienced and was very prompt. Cleaned out my septic and explained how my system works. I would recommend Morgans Septic Service to anyone and will definately use them in the future, hopefully not too soon though.
