As a past employee here is all you need to know. Owner & manager have good intentions, poor delivery. Owner struggles with her anger control and makes sure everyone has a bad day if she is having a bad day. Safety concerns for both staff and the dogs that attend daycare and boarding, although owner is working to get a lot fixed. Don't do it, several friends have had terrible experiences at Morgan's paws from saying their dog was aggressive and they were never to open wounds, workers being mean to the pets in their care. Please please do not take your pet here please. Tell your friends.

Only gave it one star cause I had too. Place is disgusting. The abuse the animals. They treat their guest as if they are beneath them. Dont take your animals here.

This place doesn't even deserve a star. The manager named Carla was a complete disgrace to this business. She was extremely rude, it was like she didn't have any manners. She is one of the worst staff I have ever met in my entire life. CARLA IS AWFUL!!!!!!

I am currently looking for a new place to board my dogs as my place is no longer in the dog boarding business. All I need to do is look at the "Business Response" comments to know I would never step foot in this place. The responses by management are unprofessional, condescending and rude. I understand that management would want to dispute what they perceive as unfair reviews, but there is a way to do it and this is not the way.
