Morgan’s did a new installation in an old farm house for me. Two systems, one up and one downstairs. Very happy with the quality, price, promptness and knowledge of everyone I dealt with.
They are fantastic to have work done by them. I had a problem and Charles fixed it right away. Sheila is always so nice to talk to.
Morgan installed my HVAC a decade ago, but they have not been responsive about maintaining it. They have not, so far, called when they said they would.
We were new to the area in our heater went out over the Christmas holidays when called Morgan's, they were quick efficient and got here right away fixed the problem in short order & for an exceptionally reasonable cost.... I would highly recommend them.....New information... I have been attempting to speak with someone for weeks!!... No response... I guess that they have so much work that they don't need me or my business...
I am the maintenance manager for several hotels and restaurants along with a few individual homes I've been doing this a long time and I've never ran into a more inept company, customer service was absolutely atrocious ,rude argumentative and condescending, and the service practically useless,they have an emergency number that I was told could only be called during certain hours of operation, really I hope you have an emergency during their hours,really to many things to list I have all the text messages if I need to post th... read more
