BUYER BEWARE 1 . . the houses are way too close. 2 . . the roads are too narrow. 3 . . very little land/front yard goes with such a beautiful built home. 4 . . limited parking. Guest are unable to park near the home (even if the home is at a dead end). . guest(s) have to park on the other side of the development which is not handicap friendly (personally find it discriminates against disable persons to walk or wheel oneself to family or friends home especially in the summer & winter seasons) 5 . . The houses are nice and the neighbors are great! We love it here! However, the BUILDER is another story. They are unresponsive to phone calls, warranty requests, and general problems such as their workers leaving nails and screws in the street, drinking on the job, multiple OSHA violations, and more. They have been a absolutely terrible to deal with for us and our neighbors.

Nice place to live. A bit tight, not much land but very nice homes. People are very friendly.
No trees, houses stacked up on each other. Not for us.
