Nice location I went here and the bar and grill was pretty decent. The area is located adjacent to the UIC area and is not so bad on the parking in the rear. Perfect place to go to have a late night drink or after hours.
Why waste your time? Go to Junior's!! The first time I went I was less than impressed with service. The waitress even tried to stick us with a bill for a group that skipped out on it simply because they had said hi to us earlier in the night and so of course we had to be with them and therefore responsible for their bill. Average Sports Bar Morgan's is right in the heart of University Village, close to UIC. So during the school year the bar is filled with college students. In the summer Morgan's is nice b/c it does have a small outdoor area. Othwerise inside it is a typical sports bar. The drinks are good, food is average for bar food, service isn't great.
Morgan's on Maxwell st !!!! BEST BAR EVER!!!! Great price, delicious food, excellent drinks, very good music (dj, karaoke nights, live music) and amazing staff !!!! Easy parking, bus stop right in front of the bar, lots of cabs passing all night long...perfect! My favorite nights are Thursdays (karaoke) and Fridays (DJ). I had a blast in here last weekend, my co-workers also said that this is a fun place to take off your mind from the stress of the outside world.
My Birthday – I had a blast!!! My friends & I have been recommending this place to everyone we know, not to mention the service was great & speedy, plus my server whose name is Ashley was great!!!! I love it & I'm coming againm tonight!!!!
Awesome hangout – Great place, enjoyed so much. We spent hours and never get bored. They had a nice menu to choose from. Well arranged and full of fun. Love to go there once a week with my friends.

badly disappointed – Went there for a quick drink and some food. The food was just OK, but when we got the bill, we found that we were charged for an extra round of drinks. When we tried to explain the situation to the waitress, we were told we were wrong. They called the cops. We paid the bil since we were told we really had no alternative besides going to jail. Nice job, Morgans. You truly put the customer first. Across the street is Junior's. Another bar but I haven't had my bill padded there.
