Mid afternoon on a Friday, we were in Bay City visiting friends and the car wouldn't start. We had a hard time getting anyone to take a look at it and finally got to Morgan's where they told it wouldn't be any problem to look at it. They serviced the car quickly and were extremely helpful and friendly. Usually we are hesitant to see auto shops in areas we aren't familiar with, but Morgan's was easily one of the best shops we've ever been to. Thank you for the great and quick service on a Friday afternoon!
I had a great first time experience. It is a great family owned business that truly cares about their customers. I called in early in the day to let them know that I had a loud hum in my car. They easily diagnosed it as a wheel bearing issue and they took care of it the same day. The pricing was great and they took great care of the car while they had it. I was very pleased with how pleasant everyone was at Morgan's Auto Repair.
