DO NOT MOVE HERE. This has been the worst rental experience I’ve ever had. The management is completely unprofessional and unresponsive—there isn’t even a working phone number to reach them anymore. I was charged for issues that existed before I moved in, like a broken mailbox key, and nothing they promised during the move-in process turned out to be true. Now I’m trying to move into a new apartment that actually does its due diligence, and even they haven’t been able to get a response from this management. It’s beyond frust... read more
Doesn't refund security deposit. Can't reach anyone in office at all. Lies about facilities. Don't move based on being slumlord.
If I can give this place zero stars I would the management company is horrible their money, hungry problematic unprofessional, they don’t do any maintenance repairs. I live at this complex for seven years and I end up moving when the new management took over. They act like God left them in charge. I will not recommend.
If I could give zero I would. I had an appointment here at 10:15am. Get to the place and had to make sure it was the right property. I have attached pictures of what the inside should look like but when we entered my God… the place had an unbearable smell, food on the carpets, and the property is not being maintained.
