Doesn't refund security deposit. Can't reach anyone in office at all. Lies about facilities. Don't move based on being slumlord.
If I can give this place zero stars I would the management company is horrible their money, hungry problematic unprofessional, they don’t do any maintenance repairs. I live at this complex for seven years and I end up moving when the new management took over. They act like God left them in charge. I will not recommend.
If I could give zero I would. I had an appointment here at 10:15am. Get to the place and had to make sure it was the right property. I have attached pictures of what the inside should look like but when we entered my God… the place had an unbearable smell, food on the carpets, and the property is not being maintained. Mind you the property is predominantly black. The young lady told me they have other properties and sent me a link and the link doesn’t work… this is sad.
