We drove from Sacramento after a dissatisfing expierence at Carmax Roseville. We call SF Toyota and talked to Jerel about a Venza. A couple hours later we arrived in SF. We were greeted by Jerel. He was very up beat, positive and accommodating. The deal was simple and stress free. The Venza was awesome, as described and ready. Carmax wouldnt even let us see the Highlander we were scheduled to see. We closed our deal in about 2.5-3 hours. They even offered to buy us dinner. Great Expierence! Thankfully, after a few weeks to recover from our first attempt, our next stop was at SF Toyota. Even though we again said that we were not expecting to buy that day, both the Sales Manager, Edwin, and one of his sales associates, Sunny, took excellent care of us. They were patient in answering questions and walking us through all of our options.
