This review has nothing to do with the staff, but with Morgan Properties as a whole. My apartment had mold growth on the a/c vents that I found August 2024. I reported it to maintenance and the office and was brushed off told it was "just mildew" and they had a CARPET cleaning company come out to "clean it". Fast forward to december-ish 2024 They were replacing the appliance's and I found mold growing all over the back wall of where the dishwasher was. I’ve lived at this property since 2020 and have only had the best experience. Recently they replaced my old flooring from before I moved in with their newly styled smoky oak plank and WHAT A DIFFERENCE! It looks wonderful and the vendor they used was polite, professional and quick. Highly recommend living here. Kudos to the staff including Jose and Jordan for helping me and all the other residents enjoy their stay here.

Neighbors smoke weed and it permeates into the adjacent apartments through the vents. After 5 years of living here there's now apparently an enforcement of putting garbage cans in the garages to prevent the apartments from, and I quote, "looking like a trailer park". Who genuinely cares about normal things existing like garbage cans? The smell of weed in non-smoking apartments from neighbors, and buildings/structures outside having damage is fine though apparently. Priorities are a joke from the new management team. We absolutely love our home at Webster Green! Mark on the maintenance team is one of the best parts. He is always super prompt with any maintenance requests, he leaves detailed notes so we know what he did, and he even gives our anxious puppy a treat whenever he does maintenance in our home. Truly grateful to have him!
