In 2015 we moved into Webster Green. It was beautiful and peaceful place to live. Over the past 6 months they have continued to add more and more rules in which they are making it more and more less a feeling of being a home and more like you are being controlled. Air Conditioner is too loud to watch TV in the Living. Ran 4 hours non-stop in June 2024 and reported the issue(s), only to be told there was nothing wrong with the AC. $300 first month electric bill. Had other issues with maintenance, so I am not seeing how reviews have them as excellent. Trashy apartments all over and complained to manager to no avail. Smoking all over the complex, despite smoke free policy. BBQ grilling right next to apartments, despite no BBQ grill policy. Having policies without enforcement is mute. Pai... read more
I bet this place is expensive. They have lots of amenities.
Honestly they don't deserve 1 star from our family! They should be held responsible for putting a family in an upstairs unit w children knowing there will be complaints by tenants below !! As our senior family member as well !! Tenant downstairs bangs on the ceiling if imagine with some type of stick since ceilings are very high ,,,,our family was paying 2500 k a month !!!
