The billing office is not very familiar with insurance. I had a hard time with billing and getting my visits covered. When I talked to billing they were rude. The owner does not seem like they were concerned about it. I would not recommend this place. I have had many services, but very unprofessional. REPLYING TO THE OWNERS RESPONSE BELOW. Wonderful psychiatric practice. It's near impossible to find psychiatrists taking new patients in Albuquerque so this practice was a great discovery. Billie cares deeply for her patients and understands their needs.
Horrible place to try to get help from. They were sent a referral for me 4 times by 3 different providers and they called me to set up an appointment because they said they had received the referral. But the day before my appointment they started calling me and texting me repeatedly to send them the referral or they're gonna cancel my appointment! Incredible staff and my provider actually CARES what I have to say or how I am feeling!!
This place is great!!! Office staff are helpful and polite. I have Michelle as my psych and we clicked from day one. She's so easy to talk to, she's fun to have as a psych, and shes very knowledgeable about psych and DNA testing. I'm so lucky to have her!!!! She's the best!!! Keep up the great work Morgan Psych!!!
