I've been seeing Billie for 3 years now and am very happy with her services. For over 20 years I was on the only medication know to work for me but with drastic, life altering side effects. 20 years of suffering side effects so severe I was unable to work. 5 psychiatrist over 20 years could not figure out something better, but Billie did. The billing office is not very familiar with insurance. I had a hard time with billing and getting my visits covered. When I talked to billing they were rude. The owner does not seem like they were concerned about it. I would not recommend this place. I have had many services, but very unprofessional. REPLYING TO THE OWNERS RESPONSE BELOW. Wonderful psychiatric practice. It's near impossible to find psychiatrists taking new patients in Albuquerque so this practice was a great discovery. Billie cares deeply for her patients and understands their needs.
Horrible place to try to get help from. They were sent a referral for me 4 times by 3 different providers and they called me to set up an appointment because they said they had received the referral. But the day before my appointment they started calling me and texting me repeatedly to send them the referral or they're gonna cancel my appointment!
