RecommendedVery nice area nestled down Fort Morgan road. Apartments are very well insulated and quiet. Exceptionally friendly manager. Rates are very affordable. Apartments are very clean and all appliances are well taken care of. Maintenance is available and take care of your needs exceptionally quick.
I looked and moved in one that was fresh painted, carpet was excellent, kitchen great, and everyone was nice. bathtub was good not bad alots better than most places. Great outside enviroment!!!!
The apartments are cheap and from what i hear, nice on the inside. But from what ive seen in pictures, the bathroom walls are stained and the lady i spoke with on the phone is terribly rude!
the lady is rude. the maintance man does not have his green card. the apartments have mold inside the walls. the sewer backs up. i think the lady that works there wrote the good reviews. not a good place for kids, lots of strange people around.
I know the lady that manages morgan trace apt. and she is a nice lady very respectful and caring, she tries to help in always. If you work with her she will work with you. and i think we have the most awesome matiance man ever thank you for your reading time.
